Tiki is my African Fire Skink. He was born on August 13th, 2021 and I took him into my care on October 27th, 2021. I got him from Siren Song Exotics through the use of Morph Market. He was captive bred and raised at Siren Song Exotics before he was shipped to me. I am currently unsure of Tiki's actual gender but I refer to him as a male to keep it simple. He is very shy as is common with most skinks and burrows for most of the day. Despite his shy tendencies, he is very food motivated and will run out from hiding to snatch some food from the feeding tweezers. He mostly eats dubia roaches, BSFL, and mealworms, and occasionally some egg. If Tiki is burrowing and I say his name, he will surface and look at me expectantly for food. He can be quite curious and will watch me at my computer from his cage on occasion. Tiki is my first delve into owning a reptile and will always be very dear to me.
